Develop and Implement treatment plans in accordance with Treatment Program Coordinator.

Develop weekly and daily activity schedule and ensure that the scheduled is followed through.

Document individuals progress/participation in outcomes on a daily basis.

Prepare annual and bi-annual assessments for each individual.

Provide supervision to assistants requiring individuals outcomes, special programs, community inclusion activities, protocols in order to provide continuity of services

Participate in team meeting and In-Service Trainings

Responsible for administrating medication and maintaining Medication Administration Certification, along with CPR and First Aide

Supervise and ensure that the habilitaion plans and services are implemented as identifies by the interdisciplinary residence team.

Promote teamwork and professionalism within the residence.

Assist  with scheduling and the completion of payroll.

Assist with facilitating staff, individual. family, interdisciplinary meetings and training sessions.

Ensure all required documentation, records and reports are completed as scheduled.

Utilize teaching methods that will foster emotional, social and cognitive growth

Implement age appropriate lesson plans 

Maintain written records and reports

Provide direction to all staff assigned to the classroom

Implement the agencies policies and procedures.

Attend all services and trainings  as set forth by the agency
