Worked with S/4 creators when system was not working properly and helped walk them through processes that we needed added to make packaging/recieving run more efficient.

Worked hand in hand with 2 new ASMs to help them gain strong understanding of the inbound process flows. Along with reports and the S/4 system, I guided the ASMs through tier board management, KPIs, RCCMs, and Tier 4 report outs.

Mentored 2 supervisors for the inbound process of receiving and putaway for process flow and the s/4 system. Tutored them on how to fill our their tier boards and what all needs to be reported and what reports needed to be ran in order to get those KPI’s

Worked with CI Team, purchasing team and Data tech team to better the COO process and set up a tracker that helped all teams to understand what was priority and who was next in line to update.

Did UAT testing for S/4 Hana launch.

Designed and worked with System Techs to design the Packaging system for S/4 Hana.

Consistently working with the Packaging engineer/CI team to improve packaging to reduce claims.

I helped with the validations of the Packaging materials through each Phase of testing to ensure that part numbers and packaging supply numbers would transfer from the old system to the new S/4 HANA system. Worked on this on my off days and through the holidays to ensure this was completed so that we could move on the the next phase without issues.
