  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize system enhancements, new project needs, and defects from CBCT, CBCO, SSCC, and other DFPS divisions related to CBC to comply with strategic initiatives, legislative requirements, and improve operating effectiveness and efficiency
  • Direct full IT project continuum from initiation with Business Relationship Management (BRM) through design, deployment, and end-user communication, including all required review and approval of required project documentation
