• Lead a team of military and civilian intelligence professionals providing intelligence and counterintelligence support to cyber professionals.

• Developed business processes to modernize DIA's Insider Threat Case Management.
• Managed resources and oversaw a multimillion-dollar budget and three USG contracts for UAM, data consolidation, and technical support
• Collaborated across DIA's key stakeholders to proactively mitigate Insider Threat risks to DIA equities.

• Built a functioning team of subject matter experts in biometrics, RFID, cyber and other related technology, which became leaders in assessing threats of emerging technologies behind identity intelligence collection.
• Initiated a broad range of innovative technology projects designed to protect USG employees and programs from adversarial use of identity intelligence.
