Supported daily routines, coordinated transportation needs, took care of pets, and maintained dietary standards.

Provided a safe environment for rescue kittens for the city of Albuquerque's Animal Welfare. I raised 6 different litters which was 15 different kittens in a years time with all kittens surviving and thriving until they were ready to be adopted out to members of the community.

I also provided basic medical treatments which included:

• Transportation to all veterinarian visits
• Administered both eye and oral medication
• Gave medical baths for treatments
• Provided safe aftercare for all kittens after spaying and/or neutering.

On top of medical treatments I also provide socialization for the kittens by integrating abandoned kittens into the adoption system and by enhancing their adaptability and adoptability as household pets.

Socialization of the kittens included the following:

• litter box introduction
• Creation and Management of interactive positive playtime
• Proper introductions into being handled, petted, and being held
• introduction to other cats, other pets such as dogs, and people other than myself
• providing medications and other forms of health-related care to help keep these kittens alive and well.

• Assisted with special events and programs.
• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
• Communicated with staff members to stay informed about volunteer opportunities and events.
• Supported animal welfare, caring for animals and facilitating adoption events.

• Handled high-pressure situations with composure, maintaining excellent service standards even during busy shifts.
• Maintained clean and welcoming dining environment, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Remained calm and poised when dealing with difficult customers or during busy shifts.
• Used cash registers and credit card machines to cash out customers.
• Kept server areas clean and stocked to increase efficiency while working tables.
• Maintained customer satisfaction with timely table check-ins to assess food and beverage needs.
• Managed cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change was provided to customers as needed.
• Built rapport with regular customers through friendly interactions and attentiveness to their preferences.

During this short period I was able to reorganize at least one office room full of file cabinets which contained roughly ten large file cabinets.

• Organized and alphabetized files into file cabinets at CTX Mortgage
• Handled basic "busy work" as in making coffee, handing paperwork from one individual to another, and greeting clients.
