  • Take insureds phone calls & emails responding to all inquires in a timely manner. The majority of client requests revolve around- certificate requests, endorsements, coverage & billing questions.
  • Renewal process- inquiring with incumbent carriers for renewal needs for upcoming renewal (90 days out). Send insured request for updated renewal information. Update acord applications with direction from AM's. Send insured schedules for updating (drivers lists, vehicle schedule, inland marine, renewal certificate list , etc). Complete binding paperwork on renewal & rewrites, including but not limited to Affidavits, total cost forms, declinations, pay plans and SOV's. Policy Check renewal policies (manually & Exdion) and send to insured. Issue vehicle ID cards & renewal certs. Agency billing, if needed. Send renewal documents requiring signatures via Rsign after AM reviews with client.
  • Issuing all appropriate requested certificates to clients- Liability, Property, EPIaccord27, WC-C105, DBL120.
  • Create LPR's, have insured sign & return to carrier for processing. Pull loss runs, process audits, endorsements and E&O letters. Follow up on CNP's. Process BOR's from Producers/ AM's. Non renewal or conditional renewal notices advice Producer/AM immediately and work with them as needed.
  • Upsell/Cross-sell on coverages not written.
