As a Show Director for the Shawano Ski Sharks I have learned how to manage a project from start to finish.   I learned how to develop long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones.  I learned to delegate tasks and make effective decisions when presented with multiple options.  I was the point of contact for the whole team and ensured clear communication throughout the entire season.  I had to confirm each team member felt they were apart of the team and had an important role to play in the success of our team.  I engaged with multiple personalities to reach a common goal.
