In Portugal, we mixed cob, which is a mix of Clay, Straw, and sand. We used the mix to build the walls inside our host family's house. We also cut wood planks and did small jobs around their off-grid homestead.
In Spain, we worked on a glamping site. While there, we were gardeners on the property, and we helped clean and set up the tents for new guests.
While in Europe, we met people from all around the world and learned a lot about everyone's different cultures.
While working with Trans Unity Coalition, I helped with Project Out There, which is the journalism project associated with the non-profit. Within the short period of time, I worked with the non-profit, I was able to conduct a survey and use that information to write and publish an article. The article is now published on the Trans Unity Coalition website called Understanding the Journey.
Participated in online meeting with Lt. Governor Gilcheist concerning LGTBQ Youth Advocacy.
