Duties:

• Project Management & Implementation: Independently lead the end-to-end design and delivery of foundational to advanced learning solutions for 150+ diverse learners.
• PLC Leadership & Mentorship: Lead Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to build collaborative partnerships among staff and stakeholders. Mentor junior educators to ensure all instructional deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Instructional Design: Develop aesthetic, well-designed learning activities across various delivery methods, including instructor-led training (ILT), digital job aids, and reference materials.
• SOP Development: Partner with executive leadership to author, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring clear and accessible documentation for all personnel.
• LMS Administration: Manage digital learning platforms to organize content, track learner performance.
• Advanced Facilitation: Facilitate complex learning sessions using engaging techniques (role-playing, simulations). Expertly manage room dynamics and use probing questions to stimulate discussion and critical thinking.
