Worked on general ramp operations and general warehouse operations. Utilized GSE, such as tugs, to load and unload cargo from airplanes. Tasked with load verification, which ensures all locks have been properly placed when cargo is loaded into the airplane, as well as ensuring all cargo loaded on the airplane meets standard weight and identification requirements. Trained newly hired associates in general ramp operations, such as marshalling, wing walking, and loading/unloading cargo.

Under the supervision of a certified AP mechanic, I was responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of general aviation aircraft (primarily Beechcraft). Maintenance included airframe, powerplant, and some avionics.
