I worked in the back of the house maintaining the kitchen. I prepped all toppings and sauces for the pass-through as well as making sure expired toppings and sauces were disposed. i unloaded supply truck when shipments came in and made sure the walk-in freezer was organized before and after I unloaded supply truck. I made sure lobby was clean through out the day, washed dishes, and maintained a clean and safe working environment. I also maintained inventory.

• Maintained safe work site by watching and looking at surroundings at all times, being careful around all equipment, and coordinating work from ground.
• Check machinery and performed routine maintenance to prevent malfunction.
• Removed and properly disposed of debris to maintain worksite safely
• Reviewed design plans and instructions and completed work according to specifications.
• Motivated and encouraged team members to communicate more openly constructively with each other.
• Handled all delegated tasks, including preparing all equipment before our job starts and making sure all equipment is put away how it was when our job started when our job has ended.
• Exceeded customer satisfaction by finding creative solutions to problems.
