At Upstate Medical University Hospital, Nappy Wellness Institute,

2nd floor Radiology department in the lab. Greeted each patient , called them in the office, used 2 identifiers, then completed all active requisition orders within my scope of practice. I loved it. I will keep trying.

• Vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate pulse rate respiration rate sp02 skin pain, alert and oriented
• Blood sugar testing with gluclometer
• measured patient diet intakes, and outs
• EPIC
• Patient Mobility with walkers, wheel chairs. steady aids, hoyer lifts.
• Make sure patient has a menu according to there diet
• Help patient order breakfast lunch and dinner
• Ask patient if they want to move to chair before every meal.
• Make sure patient tray is clean
• Measure patient blood sugar before meals using gluclometer.
• Patient Daily Activities measure breakfast intake, measure lunch intake, bathing, hair washed, lotion, oral care, clean gown and socks, deodorant, powder, clean bed linen. Clean tray
• Mobility to bathroom, getting in and out of bed, walking in hallway
• Bedtime Activities
• measure patient dinner intake and remove trays, tidy room, hygiene, oral care, remove pressure leggings, wash in sink, tie on end of bed
• Vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate, pulse rate, sp02, pain, skin, alert and oriented
• Mobility to bathroom, getting in and out of bed.
• Measure patient blood sugar using gluclometer before bed.
• Check patient daily weights at 6am
