  • Be the face of Carvana on the driveway and ensure the customer is taken care of by providing great customer service.
  • Being able to quickly adjust to changes that happen to my daily schedule, while also helping others have success in their work.
  • Have great attention to detail so each car delivered is up to Carvana standards.
  • Maintain certain metrics like safety drive score, paperwork accuracy, and customer ratings.

  • After two years I received a promotion to Customer Advocate II
  • With the promotion came more responsibilities such as training new employees and helping the Team Leads with daily tasks when they are short staffed.
