  • Work with eleven (11) Law Enforcement Agencies in Harris County and keep in open communication line on various projectes, systems and applications Universal Services Manage.
  • With the CAD/RMS system and project I assist with trouble shooting any issues the agencies may have stemming from reports not submitting to helping various questions on how the system works. I also help conduction testing when there is an upgrade on the system and work with the team on reporting issues and documenting the new features.
  • With Blackboard, Intrepid, and Cris Crash I assist the agencies with the administration aspect of the applications and provide demo on the functionality, tips and tricks for the applications.
  • With LENS and JWEB I work with the law enforcement agencies on improving the applications and taking their suggests back to the team. I also help with testing when there is an upgrade.
  • I create lesson plans that are TCOLE approved, Powerpoint presentations and user guides on various applications to assist the agencies with training. I also teach different variations of the Superion and Cris Crash classes to the agencies.
