Chair of Harvard East Asia Society: successfully organized the Harvard East Asia Society Conference, entitled Voice and Silence: Memory in East Asia. Oversaw ten sub-committees responsible for grants, discussants and keynotes, abstract admissions, etc. Conference included over seventy participants and over one-hundred guests.
