Accomplishments

Before being promoted to a Store Manager, I was acknowledged for being one of the top 3 service writers in our company out of hundreds of technicians. I was maintaining a sales percentage of 150%. Writing one of highest percentages of cars with one of the highest sales numbers to go with that. I broke numerous shop records, one of which was selling 16 coolant exchanges in one day after running the shop with myself and one other pit tech. I was then promoted to take over a smaller store in concord, where I increased the car count by 25% along with higher volume in sales %. After established a smooth and high performing store, I got the opportunity to run the training location in Harrisburg, which i am still currently running.
