Cason Hileman

- Responsible for all mowing and detailing of assigned district grounds with equipment such as zero-turn mowers, push mowers, stick trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and pole saws.

- Report to Grounds department lead on a daily basis to give updates on statuses of schools, project ideas, or any equipment failure.

- As a crew lead, responsible and accountable for completion and full service of all assigned district grounds, equipment, and truck/trailer.

- Care for trees, shrubs and flowers by watering, fertilizing, pruning, and trimming.

- Care for landscape beds by Mulching, planting shrubs and vegetation, and weed control.

- Collecting and disposing of all leaves, dirt, rubbish, and refuse from district facilities.

- Performing minor maintenance on equipment such as changing mower blades, pulley systems, trimmer heads and air filters on all equipment assigned.

- Inspect playground equipment for any damaged, faulty equipment.

- Experience pulling large trailers safely on a daily basis with two mowers, and Pulling gooseneck dump trailer when needed.

- Supervise and train current and new employees

- Interact with customers and assist their needs in a polite and respectful manner

- Wash, clean and park golf carts in designated parking spots by the end of each day

- Check practice facilities, such as the driving range, to provide clean golf balls for customers

- Acquire inventory of all beverages, snacks, and items in the cart barn

- Changing and airing cart tires

- Tightening/loosening cart brakes
