I have many years experience in the management field, including Residential Management. I worked for Conifer Management, LLC out of Tacoma, WA for several years, but was hard to do with little ones. Although I have spent the last 30 years working primarily in the food industry, I would like to slow down my lifestyle & be able to focus more on myself & health. I would like the opportunity to get out of the restaurant industry & focus more on other sides of management. I am very focused & accomplished on whatever job I have. I learn quick & am extremely computer literate. I am 100% a multi tasker & can clean up & maintain flow in any office setting.

Being an empty nester, I now have the option to focus more on what I want to do in my life. Please consider me for the position as Resident Manager. I don't have any ties that bind, and am free to work & perform any duties, including maintenance issues.
