Dedicated Jesus loving woman., wife and mother of 5 with a strong work ethic and a passion for Jesus Christ and the Living Word of God, child development, and adolescent growth in Christ.
Expert in age-appropriate activity planning and effective communication, fostering emotional, spiritual and physical support and conflict resolution among children and families. Proven ability to create a safe, stimulating environment while maintaining reliability to commitments.
I'm up-beat, positive and extremely knowledgeable in the Word of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I'm on fire to get folks around me to see the truth and have that set them free of chains, heart break and this very cruel world. God has a plan for every one of us (Jeremiah 29:11) His plan is good, honest and just. He orders our steps and we are to walk in them. Not because we "have to" but because we want to as a behavior reaction to the shed blood of Christ Jesus at calvary. His innocent blood for OUR sins. Amen.
I want to start by saying I absolutely loved being a nanny. Being able to bring my kid along as well made it all the more satisfying.
My job description consisted of supporting my nanny family by managing household tasks such as laundry, deep and light cleaning, homework, breakfast, lunch and dinner prep and cooking, hauling the kiddos to practice, school events and games and back, doctors visits, over nights and errand running.
Not only that for the physical aspect... but I mentally, emotionally and spiritually poured into the children (including my own).
Whether that was scary thoughts at bed time that i was honored to be able to pray through with them, hard feelings with school bullies and all in between.
I fostered a safe and stimulating environment with a warm, calm yet energetic attitude about life for the children, implementing age-appropriate activities and lots of outdoor time.
I maintained open communication with parents to discuss progress, updates, challenges, and goals for the kiddos.
I Improved children''s social skills by organizing playdates and group outings on a weekly basis outside of the home.
Last but not least,
I got to facilitate conflict resolution among siblings to promote healthy relationships within the family unit through Jesus Christ and the fruits of the Spirit.
I worked at waffle house as a server but along with serving, I cooked, cleaned, bussed tables/washed dishes and managed (shift supervise and truck ordering)
I demonstrated strong multitasking skills by managing multiple tables simultaneously without compromising service quality.
My serving duties required mopping, sweeping, restocking and of course, service with a smile.
My managing duties extended out to catering for churches and parties and being in charge of a waffle house board: where photos are taken of employees and customers (with permission) to show our cultivated warm relationships with our regular customers.
I performed opening and closing duties, ensuring the dining area was prepared for seamless service transitions. Especially due to the fact that W.H. is open 24/7.
I was also able to provide attentive service during high-volume periods without sacrificing attention to detail or guest rapport.
Lastly, I was able to address customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining positive relationships that continued the running of our establishment.
