I have had a variety of experiences at Hy-Vee. I began my career as a Courtesy Clerk. This involved bagging customer orders, assisting with obtaining missing or incorrect items, and transporting items to customer vehicles when needed.
A year later, I moved into Aisles Online. This involved taking a designated shopping list through the store, compiling customer orders, and bagging the orders for pickup.
After I switched to a clerk position in Market Grill. In Market Grill, I took customer orders, filled their meal requests, and collected payment from the customer. When needed, I was also tasked with bringing out orders to customers in the dining room, bussing tables, and assisting customers further during busy hours with their orders.
Later on, I trained on and picked up shifts as a cashier; during this time, I scanned customer orders and collected payment.
As of now, my most recent position is at Mia Italian, where I currently make products for purchase following established guidelines, monitor inventory of stock, and clean and sanitize work surfaces when complete. I also fill customer orders and collect payment.

As a Before-and-After-School Care Associate, my duties included:

• Checking children in and out of the program location; conflict resolution between students.
• Ensuring that the children were engaged in their assigned activities.
• Incident reporting as needed, homework assistance as needed.
• Redirecting children to activities when one had been completed.
