• Manage a staff of 5 leaders and around 30 team members.
• Responsible for all non-food areas of the building including: Garden Center, HBC, Seasonal, Sporting Goods, Toys, Electronics, Pets, Baby, Fashion, DIY, Home.
• Store Director In Charge on rotation opening and closing the store functioning as the Store Director of a building of over 200 employees.
• Maintain communication across key departments and senior leadership team.

• Hired as Sales Associate in July and was promoted to an Assistant Manager in September.
• Supervised day-to-day operations to meet performance, quality and service expectations.

• Oversaw daily cash reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and minimizing discrepancies.
• Mentored junior staff members in their professional development by offering guidance/support in their assigned roles.

Responsible for all aspects of the Health, Beauty, and Wellness department including sales, shrink, staffing, ordering, merchandising, coaching and developing team members. I have also been trained as a Manager in Charge and have opened and closed the store. I address guest inquiries and resolve complaints, always striving for guest satisfaction. I modify layouts and promotional techniques to drive sales. My department is #1 in sales in my division. I have led my team to win many of the companies sales/merchandising competitions.

As the Beauty Expert my main focus was sales and expanding my client list. I executed daily events and demos, always offering guests skincare consultations and makeup applications. I stayed current with beauty trends to capitalize on sales. Other responsibilities included ordering and merchandising. 

Associated Growers provided fresh cut bouquets, potted plants, and herbs to supermarket chains. I was the head merchandiser and ran the largest account, Marcs, in Ohio. I traveled to all of their 60 stores helping to merchandise the product and train the store personnel. I handled product choices and distributions. I traveled to other accounts stores by request as well to perform resets and trainings. I also created the displays for various trade shows.

I began as a cashier and was quickly promoted to the cosmetic department where I became co-manager. I was later promoted to department manager of Health and Beauty Aids. Main duties were ordering and team coaching. My final promotion was to Store Merchandiser where my main responsibilities were store signage and endcaps.

Seasonal 3rd shift team member. I was responsible for restocking the misses department and executing price changes.

I performed facials, makeup applications, and waxing. During down time between clients I would help as a receptionist.

I created the Esthetics division of the salon performing facials, makeup, and waxing.
