When I started the Village in September of 2024 , I helped recruit and hire all needed staff to fill all open positions by the end of 2024. When I started there, we only had 10% of our own Nursing staff and had to use Agency staffing , the other 90% which is costly. The last agency shift we used was January 2nd. We continue to maintain and retain our own staff since that date. This is a huge accomplishment especially in the Upper Valley area. The area hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing * Nursing Homes all try to pull from the same pool and some are stuck having to use agency staffing.
