My day-to-day was as an acting supervisor role and to provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and the facilities organization, global accountant and Director of real-estate. Managed office functions including Work Order coordination, Security badge and access assignments, database management, daily office operations, coordination of budgeting/accounting systems, state and federal compliances, ISO-14001 industry compliances.
As a Facilities Coordinator at BMC, my responsibilities included providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager and the Global account manager in a C-suite office. I managed functions such as coordinating work orders.
