Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills. I worked at Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg Pennsylvania from 2000 - 2009. I started in Registration when Patients would come in for labs, Radiology Tests or Surgery's. After 4 years of doing that, I was the Office Secretary for the Billing Office taking phone calls and helping with Workmen Comp Claims. I then started billing for Medicare and Blue Cross. Even though I have a Degree in Early Childhood Education, my passion is within the Medical Field. I am not up to date with the ICD 10 Codes, but am very willing to learn and bring myself up to date. I have been doing Remediation Work for 8 years and am looking to further my career. I am seeking opportunities to expand my skills while facilitating company growth.
