Worked as CRMA & DSP in group home as well as Residential Aide at homeless shelter. Looking to utilize my new degree in mental health and human services and work with a new population of people, where I can take my education and experience and work to make a difference for a company. I am looking to jump in and develop new skills that would benefit me and the population I am helping as well as a new employer.
Overlooked facility and residents during my shift and performed shift duties which included, keeping notes, answering phone and supporting residents with personal responsibilities including doing chores, supervising residents taking medications, and maintaining the rules of shelter.
