Case manage 50-70 Reserve Soldiers with physical and/or psychological injuries or diagnoses, occurring while on Active Duty, transition to Reserves. Temporary or Permanent profiles that either return the Soldier to Duty with limitations or end up at a Med Board with a disqualifying condition. All contact is made via telephone or Email. Daily Email and telephone communication.

Educate Soldiers/ Unit Commanders on the processes and profiles as related to their Military Careers.
