As a Crew Leader I supervise and coordinate the team’s daily activities to ensure efficient and safe work day goal completion. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, training new employees, maintaining communication between management and the crew, monitoring work quality, scheduling tasks, addressing any operational challenges, assisting with the setup and teaching how to operate Kitchen machinery, monitoring food and restaurant quality for customers, taking inventory and restocking during the rush to insure a constant supply of materials to minimize downtime. I inspected and observed team members when they performed new task like food portions to uphold quality standards, maintain accurate records of team members skill, and ensures adherence to safety guidelines. Multitasking by performing task and observing team members helped me to better pay attention to detail , communicate, work collaboratively in a team environment.
