- I started working here when the company was Claire-Sprayway and located in Addison off of Fullerton Avenue. I was hired by Craig Schmelder who was the Customer Service supervisor and my title was Customer Service Representative. Duties included order entry, verbal/written customer inquiries. After 2 years, I took on the responsibility of learning Internatonal sales and document procedures.
- The office & warehouse moved from that location to a larger building on Westgate Drive in Addison and during that time, the CPC Aeroscience and Camie-Campbell lines were added under the PLZ Aeroscience new ownership and SAP conversion happened in 2013. My responsibilities expanded to include export sales/documentation for all 4 lines. It was also at this time I became DOT/IMDG/IATA certified.
- Moving ahead to 2016/2017, the corporate office moved to the current location in Downers Grove where I remained hazardous certified until recently when the warehouses took over all documentation responsibilities. Since working at this office, I have been cross trained in Food Service and had accounts assigned to me in that BU.
