I’ve been a baker at Safeway for a year I work the night shift 12-8 . I do the baking of bagels and donuts plus all in house baked goods. I also do what’s called Vision Pro in the morning which allows me to produce the items we need to make that day. I also go through all products on the floor and pull all outdated products.
