  • In addition to current duties as the Mailing Services Lead, I have taken on the interim lead position of Printing and Mailing Services.
  • Manage the University's print and mail services with oversight of department workflows, quality control, and delivery timelines to enure faculty, student and staff satisfaction is met.
  • Lead a team of staff and student employees, establishing productive workflows and efficient scheduling of employees to support service demands. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring processes, setting of expectations, training and professional development, performance management and evaluations, and disciplinary processes including up to termination of employment.
  • Serve as a key liaison and resource for University departments by answering questions, responding to inquiries, and attending meetings in which print and mail services are involved.
  • Provide department fiscal management through ongoing review of department budget reports, review of shipping costs.
