Responsible for and performs line management functions for a 30-bed Cardiac Unit and 30-bed Neuro Unit. Demonstrates responsibility for the overall fiscal management of the department, conducts and manages performances improvement activities, develops and monitors departmental policies and procedures, acts as a Chief Retention Officer, and performs human resources functions.
