Maintained properties, full remodels, drywall, interior and exterior painting, doors, flooring, all trims, decks, fencing, small plumbing, small electrical. Anything to stay busy. Small town, worked with a few local contractors.

Installed and serviced various types of garage doors for customers with professionalism. Was installing doors alone after 2 weeks. Was let go days before Christmas, due to missed days. Was missing days due to young family and no support at the time.

Performed seismic retrofitting and repairs. Worked up to foreman, was in charge of crews up to 10 guys. Unfortunately Tim Weedling didn't like my abilities/professionalism. Was very well liked by everyone else. Got fed up. Would love to explain.

Repaired fire walls, doors and barriers. Performed fire prevention in hospitals throughout the SF Bay Area. Trained in asbestos and confined spaces. Really liked this job but was young and unfortunately moved on.
