· Manage special military projects that entail unique design, testing, inspection, and documentation requirements
· Communicate with customers to determine their needs and suggest solutions to fulfill their requirements and solve their issues

· Follow up with customers to update the status of active quotes
· Respond to customer requests for revisions to existing quotes and orders
· Process orders when POs are received work with Engineering and procurement to establish realistic contract ship dates.
· Work with customers to manage changes to orders that may occur as they move through the system, Identify cost and time line implications focusing on a mutual long term business relationship while maximizing company ROI margins.
· Inform customers on the progress of orders and coordinate required international Air/ Sea or domestic logistic support

· Edited and proofread technical RFQ and Purchase Order documents for accuracy and consistency.
·Work closely with engineering department, ETO product managers and other departments to developed detailed technical documents and user guides for ETO technical products and maintain and determine accuracy of technical documentation.
·Prepare and present original sale presentations
·Coordination and host onsite Factory Authorization Testing visits for Distributor, OEM and End-users as required.
·Oversight and strategic pricing assistance of all Commercial shipping quotes including international logistics support for Sauer USA, , Sauer Canada and Sauer Mexico Affiliates as needed.
·Build value added relationships with current customers and distributors, major end users, OEMs and key industry personnel with Regional and National Sales Managers.
·Works closely with Regional and National Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and execute sales plan to hit goals and KPIs for the region.
·Communicates regularly with Engineering, After Sales and Production departments to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved
