  • Capital Campaign Gala for Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, AL, 09/2019, Security, Deliveries and Overall Event Logistics, The Capital Campaign Gala served as a celebration of the university and how much they have grown in the last 10 years. The overall goal of the event was to showcase our band and music department, while also celebrating the overall money raised thus far.   • Canvas Uncorked, Athens, OH, 05/2018, Event Planner, Canvas Uncorked was a wine and painting experience at Ohio University on Mom’s Weekend. Mom’s Weekend is the weekend during the year when mothers of students come to the university for the weekend. Part of my event planning class was planning an event form a zero-dollar budget and working with catering services to raise money for a local non-profit called Adyn’s Dream. This event offered instructed painting sessions, cutting demonstrations and wine tastings at certain times. Appetizers and a full wine bar were offered as well during the event., Adyn’s Dream
  • Generation Migration, Athens, OH, 11/2016, Event Group Leaders Programming and Logistics, Generation Migration was a day camp provided to seniors in college as well as seniors citizens within the Athens community. Generation Migration was used to provide activities for both groups of seniors to get better acquainted with one another while bridging the gap between ages. This program was put on by 12 graduate students, with 3 Event Group Leaders: Programming and Logistics, Marketing and Operations, Supplies and Volunteers. All activities were made accessible and provided alternatives for all age levels and activity levels.
