During my employment at Crestview Rehab I nominated LPN of the year for my outstanding work performance. My unit manager and several others leaders in management wrote many outstanding letter to the nursing election committee and I was nominated as one the finalist. I receive the nurse of the year award but received a plaque for my nomination as one of the finalist.
