  • Compared to 48 TFLs and 9 sacks in the entirety of our 1st season as a staff in 2020
  • This includes the 14 TFLs and 6 sacks vs FAU, which at the time was tied for the 2nd most in all of college football, and the most in program history since 2003 for TFLs, and the most sacks since 2017
  • The unit featured 2nd Team All-Independent team selection Avien Peah
  • Was able to help the defensive line achieve academically 9 3.0's, 5 3.5 or better, and 1 4.0 GPA in our best semester in program history despite the Covid-19 Pandemic

  • This unit featured the Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of The Year, leader in sacks, and tackles for loss Defensive End Ronheen Bingham
  • The conference's 3rd leading sacker in 2nd Team All Conference Defensive End Sophomore William Bradley-King

  • This unit featured 2016/2017 Sunbelt Conference Defensive Player of the year Javon Rolland- Jones, who in the 2017 season tied the NCAA all-time sack record
  • Unit also included a 2nd team All Sunbelt Conference selection defensive end Ronheen Bingham, and 3rd team All Sunbelt Conference selection defensive end Caleb Caston
  • Other duties included helping coordinate offensive scout team, managing game day reporting to DC
