Ensuring customers have a good understanding of the new products along with good customer service.

Making sure areas are clean and safe.

Provide a safe place for the youth ages 4 through 13.

Provide a positive environment for the youth so they could fully express themselves.

Provide homework aid through programs such as Power Hour.

Hourly rotations so youth can experience Arts and Crafts, Triple Play, Computers, Gameroom, and Healthy Habits.

Basic maintenance of building.

Semi-Annual trainings as a refresher for youth safety.
