Operating manual machines, checking parts, labeling, fixing machines. Doing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and making sure the quality of the product is good. Training new technical trainee, sharing ideas to other technicians. Following escalation plan, inputting any changes of the machine in the data. Maintaining cleanliness in the area, performs other duties as assign and communicating with other shifts during pass down.

Assembling product, checking amperage and repair PCB board, soldering and inspecting. Receiving and checking the quality of incoming and outgoing materials.

Conducting interviews to new applicants. Training new hires, managing work flow, conducting credit checks, performing background checks of loan applicants and employee applicants. Responsible for solving problems, guiding and encouraging employees to be productive at all times.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems. Repairs brakes, wings, electrical systems and other aircraft components. Refueling of all aircrafts and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Installing, troubleshooting, testing and repairing electronic equipments.

Performing and conducting minor and major repairs, thorough inspections, alterations of all aircraft instruments, airframe and powerplant in all aircraft of government agency.
