• I began my journey at Tesla in the South Paint department, where I worked for nearly a year as a Final Line Inspector in the Manifest section. During this time, I focused on repairing various defects on painted surfaces, gaining valuable experience, and learning extensively about quality control and surface finishing processes.
• Later, in my role at TC-Inlet, I was responsible for identifying and correcting sealer-related issues, e-coat defects, dents, and other body-related problems before vehicles entered the paint booth. Additionally, I assisted in inspecting sealer-applied areas, and ensuring that any potential water leak issues were identified and corrected to maintain quality standards.

Beyond my primary roles, I had the opportunity to learn various skills and gain insights from all departments within South Paint. I applied this knowledge in my main departments, and shared it with my colleagues to enhance overall efficiency and quality.

Some key areas in which I gained expertise include:

• ED Booth: I learned to identify and repair e-coat-related issues, as well as to detect and correct body mastic defects, and similar problems. I then applied this knowledge to my own department.
• Sealer Department: I gained an understanding of the root causes of sealer-related issues and how to prevent water leak problems associated with sealers.
• Inspection Line: I acquired skills in repairing defects, and integrated this knowledge into my own work to contribute to quality improvements.
• Additionally, in the areas where my work overlapped with offline team members, I had the opportunity to observe their processes and learn key aspects of paint repair. This allowed me to enhance my professional development by incorporating these insights into my own skill set.
