Cerenity Major

As a volunteer, I gave food out to the homeless with the church I attend. We give out meat, vegetables, fruit, and many other things every Saturday. I usually help set up boxes to put the items in and later give portions out to as many people as I can.

As a nursery teacher, I helped with 18 month to 5 year olds at the church I attend every Sunday. I help with the lesson plan, creating an environment to help social and emotional growth, and helping the younger staff with the smaller kids. I usually check the children in and take the to the nursery and when I finish, I go into a play room with my fellow staff and help them.

As a tutor, I helped middle schoolars with math, science, and reading. When I started, I was helping my peers in middles school, and when I ended, I was still helping middle schoolars but I was with my peers helping.
