• Achieved time management skills by making sure the kids in my group were on time for their daily activities such as their morning walks, ever day breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

During my senior of high school I was chosen as the swim captain by my fellow teammates and during my time as their captain I would be busy helping the freshmen's and the varsity team improve their times in the categories they were swimming for. When the swim season was over my coach had a banquet for the swimmers and at the same those who showed outstanding skills were awarded plaques. I was awarded a plaque of dedicated leader because I showed outstanding enthusiasm and dedication for the sport and my team.
