• Municipal and School District Bond Advisor: Conduct pre-issuance planning, bid-request for for bond proceed management.

• Prepare, submit, review cash flow report and monthly reconciliation report with client.

• Guide clients through compiling important financial histories and documentation for evaluation.

• Reconcile month-end totals for timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
• Calculate payroll deductions by accurately using Accounting CS and processed payroll to meet preset requirements.
• Compute taxes owed by applying prescribed rates, laws and regulations.
• Maintain integrity of general ledger and chart of accounts..

• Key player for system improvements within treasury workstation, internal systems, and service bureau vendor.
• Review and examine legal evidence to ensure accuracy for transaction compliance.
• Provide leadership supporting creativity for tracking and solving challenges in our division.
• Assist with defining project scope, approach, timeline and socialize with project stakeholders.
• Partner with auditors to conduct annual audits for compliance with internal auditing guidelines.
• Provide information to customers on all Treasury products. (E.g. Bonds, Bills, Notes, TIPS, Yields).
