Dunkin’ Donuts
As a baker I went in the store after closing time I pulled out all the boxes of donuts out of the freezer, I opened them and put them in treys where they would defrost for a bit, I also prepped them to be baked or glazed or whatever the case may be. After I made the 1000 donut count for the day I would wait for the other baker that decorated to get to the store so then I could leave after cleaning after myself so the other baker just had a free space to do her job.
