Configure To Order Technician will use written processes/procedures to complete basic functional
Test of variety of customer products including but not limited to Apple iPods, iPads, iPhones, mobile
printers, hand held scanners, tablets and PDTs (Portable Data Terminals).
once the basic function test is complete; the technician will load customer specific configurations using
processes and equipment provided. Also CTO technician will confirm/include, if any required, accessories
special instruction, and checklist then prepare the package to be shipped.
CTO technician must have a good attention to detail skill.
CTO technician prepares customer's products as a turnkey solution so it is ready to be used of the box.
Solder surface mount components.
.Solder through-hole components.
.Perform visual inspection of all components requirements.
.Cut and clean all extra solder of the circuit or board.
.Repair or replace components if necessary.
.Place all the boards on a trays with own labels and then move it in a special area for the test.
.Enter all the information into the system, for verification that the product is ready for next department.
