Assists the front end cashiers with timely transactions. Including but not limited to, loading carts/flatbeds, keeping areas clean and free of debris and spills. Working the self-checkout area, assisting at the entrance as needed, running go backs, looking up items, and handling all other inquiries from members. Previously worked in the food court for about 2 years and assists in other departments as needed.

Provided valuable feedback to management regarding customer preferences, leading to improved product offerings. Collaborated with sales staff to identify target customers, promote products and increase sales. Assisted in full set up and break down of events.

Ran registers, stocked shelves, worked the demonstration area providing samples and information about products, assisted with all other customer inquiries. Maintained a clean and positive working environment.
