• Oversee daily survey operations related to construction layout on roads and bridges.
• Prepare data to be distributed to field layout crews and machine control operators. This includes transforming paper plans into digital data for use by ground and machine control groups.
• Prepare and report asbuilt data for quality assurance
• Coordinate with project teams on required tasks to include crew scheduling, scope of work, expected deliverables etc.
• Address and help resolve issues related to conventional layout and machine control equipment.
• Capture, process and report quantity data along with aerial imagery on pits, stockpiles or work installed using drone technology alongside photogrammetry software.
• Maintain a professional work environment by addressing conflicts proactively and fostering open communication among staff members.

• Responsible for daily tasks leading a 3 person crew to perform layout and data capture.
• Duties were mainly supporting the oil and gas industry with surface, subsurface, subsea and below ground data related to pipelines and well head positioning. Reports of existing facility locations with their associated appenditures.
• Another duty was establishing Deep Rod Monuments for the Dept of Natural Resources to help monitor subsidence in our coastal regions to aid with further studies.

Responsible for daily crew management performing boundary surveys, Alta surveys and elevation flood certificate surveys
