• Monitor inventory of materials for completion
• Work projects
• Oversee the ordering of materials, equipment, and extra help to complete seasonal projects
• Log and account all of the time and materials for each project
• Exercise Full supervision over subordinate employees, assigned

• Value real property for tax purposes
• Conduct field visits pertaining changes in ownership and new construction in progress
• Provide customer service in person or through telephone, Keep a healthy and professional relationship with taxpayers complaint resolution
• Maintains records and documentation of structural and land values through the GIS system Parcel Quest
• Attend yearly courses with the State Board of Equalization to maintain current knowledge of laws
• Follow all safety rules and procedures for work areas.
• Abide by all City rules, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

· Open and manage park facilities for public use

· Design and implement field set-up for sporting events

· Work in coordination with recreation staff to plan and carry out special events (Kite day, Fourth of July, etc)

· Facilitate basketball, softball, and soccer games for community members
