Within a very short time frame BJ recently promoted me to Maintenance Manager. In this role I provide leadership and guidance to the supervisor and leads. Continually attend meetings with CEO, Basin Operations Manager, along with other key members of FRAC leadership to continually find ways to improve, grow the business, and resolve issues related to equipment reliability.

Under the direction of the maintenance manager I oversaw the daily operations of the shop and the field. Coordinated the shop and field repairs based off of the operational needs at that time. I also attended Level 1 and 2 gas turbine training on Vericor TF50F's. Daily activities also included making sure the employees have all the tools needed to perform their job safely and efficiently.

As a Halliburton equipment maintenance supervisor in the Oil and Gas industry my main responsibility is to make sure we provide the most reliable equipment and service to our customer. To achieve this goal I had to lead our team to work in a safe and efficient manner through various work methods and processes.

• Performed Electrical Safety Inspections (ESI) and Performance Assurance (PA) inspections. Installed various types of equipment and performed calibrations monthly .

As a Halliburton equipment maintenance supervisor in the Oil and Gas industry my main responsibility is to make sure we provide the most reliable equipment and service to our customer. To achieve this goal I had to lead our team to work in a safe and efficient manner through various work methods and processes.
