Playing World of Warcraft I learned to communicate and organize group activity's. Being a Raid Leader I have to make sure everyone is ready at the correct. If someone can not make that time I have to find and replace someone of their skill. I also have to make sure everyone knows whats going on and if they don't I have to explain to them so everything goes smooth.
