Assist the Maintenance Department with troubleshooting PLC related issues within the production and facility operations using Rockwell software. RS Logix 500, RS logix 5000, and Studio 5000 are the primary PLCs in operation.

Assist in any other maintenance related issues when needed within the plant

Troubleshooted and programed PLCs using Siemens TIA Portal And Allen Bradley Control Logix Software.

Troubleshoot, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance on the test equipment in Hall 50 and 52.

PLC experience with Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal. VFD experience with Siemens and SEW.

Robotic experience with Kuka. Experience with Profinet, and Profibus communication.

Assisted in installing and commissioning of Hall 50 training lab consisting of two Kuka robots, conveyor system, HMIs, Keyence Safety Scanners, and other Profinet devices

Assisted in commissioning and launching of Hall 52 assembly plant, including Eplan verifications, spare parts setup, safety matrixes, equipment availability, etc.

Troubleshoot, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance on the test equipment in Hall 50 and 52.

Install, Troubleshoot, Repair Large Scale Pump Stations across SC and NC. PLC experience with GE Fanuc, and Omron. VFD experience with Baldor, Yaskawa, Seimens, and Toshiba. Experience with EXOR and Red Lion OITs. Designed small scale control systems, assembled and installed them. PVC piping, Flow switches, Pressure switches, Digital pressure gauges, Valves, Welding, Pump rebuilds, and Motor repairs are other notable experiences.

Troubleshoot, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance in the Electroplating/Waste Water division. Production environment. PLC experience with Allen Bradley. VFD experience with Sew Eurodrive. PVC piping, Welding, AC/DC rectifiers, Pump repairs, Pneumatic cylinder rebuilds, Proximity switches, Motor repairs, Acetylene torch, Plasma cutting, and Gear reducers are other notable experiences.
